I ordered on the 14th of September and I got it on the 23rd on east coast USA. No too bad shipping was tracked pretty well and UPS delivered it. I had some box damage and the bike had some marks on the top handlebar posts along with some left side plastics whitening.

Great bike, very spacious, and easy to setup if you follow directions manual in the bag. Only complaints are there no extra parts up for each of the crucial parts of the bike because this is expensive i ain’t gonna be searching for some part at any ebike shop that’s gonna cost be extra bucks.
